Tim announces the establishment of Noovle Spa, the new company of the group that deals with cloud ed edge computing. Tim's data centers and the specialist skills of Noovle Srl, a company acquired by Tim last May and one of Google Cloud's main partners in the Italian market, merge into the subsidiary.
Noovle "will focus on providing innovative and tailor-made multicloud services and solutions for Tim customers, ranging from management of network infrastructures in their Data Centers, to design and assistance services, migration to the cloud and business support connected management systems, using the most advanced technologies based on artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things”, reads a note.
Mariarosaria Taddeo, an associate professor at the University of Oxford, will be the non-executive chair, while Carlo D'Asaro Biondo will play the role of managing director.
Tim will entrust Noovle with the task of build six new data centers specialized in the public and hybrid cloud offer, with TIER IV certification, e manage seven core data centers and four service centers already operational for the widest range of IT solutions, located throughout the national territory, from which TIM's Cloud, hybrid Cloud and Multicloud offer is provided.
Noovle starts today with about a thousand professionals and expects to reach one billion euros in turnover in 2024 with an average annual growth of around 20% and an expected Ebitda of around 400 million euros.

Noovle will strengthen the alliance already started by the Tim Group with Google Cloud and will also make use of strategic partnerships with Atos, Cisco, Citrix, Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP and VMware.
