Tim has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Noovle, an Italian consultancy company in the information and communication technologies sectors, specialized in the supply of projects and solutions cloud and among the main ones Google Cloud partners in our country.
The acquisition allows Tim to expand "its offer of innovative public, private and hybrid cloud services - reads the group note - and to strengthen service skills to accelerate the digitization of companies, from SMEs to large industry, up to the world of public administration and health”.
With this operation, Tim proceeds along the path started in collaboration with Google “and paves the way for the future creation of a Newco dedicated to cloud and edge computing services”, continues the note.
Noovle is based in Milan and deals with technologies related to services in various sectors: from the supply of virtual IT infrastructures to smart-working, passing through customer experience and artificial intelligence. It employs over 100 certified professionals developing web and mobile applications based on the Google cloud.
Furthermore, Noovle develops cloud-based solutions for digitize institutions, businesses and public administration. Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, the company has been active together with Tim "to respond" to the request for digital solidarity arrived "from the Ministry for Technological Innovation and Digitization", with the aim of "offering support to companies and entities in the public administration" to ensure business continuity.
