The third edition of the 4 Weeks 4 Inclusions, intercompany event organized by Tim and dedicated toinclusion which aims to promote a debate with the representatives of institutions and business communities aimed at enhancing diversity. In 2022, the initiative will involve 300 partners in carrying out a marathon of four consecutive weeks in the name of inclusion.

4 Weeks 4 Inclusion: the opening day

To open the works of the inaugural day of 4 weeks 4 inclusions a video on the values ​​of inclusion that hosts the narrative voice of Ariadne Sacripant, person with down syndrome, world champion in artistic swimming (gold medal at the Trisome Games in 2016). “There is no equality without inclusion. Let's open up to diversity, inside is all the beauty of the world”: these are the final sentences of the video which underline how diversity must be recognised, welcomed and valued. Arianna is part of the Progetto Filippide association, a sports program for people with autism and Down's Syndrome.

During the plenary "It's not a question of gender", after the institutional greetings of Tim's president, Salvatore Rossi, And Andrea Laudadio, Responsible Tim Academy & Development, and an interview with Mirja Cartia d'Asero, CEO of Il Sole 24Ore, there will be several representatives of the corporate world who, interviewed by the journalist Monica d'Ascenzio, will bring their point of view on the theme of inclusion: among these Roberto Parazzini, Chief Country Officer Italy of Deutsche Bank, Paola Angeletti, Chief Operating Officer of Intesa Sanpaolo, Maria Rita Fiasco, Founder of the Pragma Group, Diego Pisa CEO of Teleperformance Italy Group, Matteo Mille, Chief and Operations Officer Microsoft Italy, Arianna Schiavoni , L&D Manager of Peroni, Marco Grazioli, President of The European House – Ambrosetti, Alessandra Miata, Head of CSR Capgemini in Italy, Lucio Tubaro, HR Director Bticino, Laura Nurra, Human Resources Director American Express, Kiasi Sandrine Mputu, Co-founder of Africa Investment Club and Vito Cozzoli, President and CEO of Sport and Health.

“I am happy to open this event for the third consecutive year, dedicated to the inclusion of diversity in the workplace: four weeks of events organized by 300 partners. Inspiring the necessary cultural changes, understanding how positive effects can be generated on the economy, are among the objectives of this project. Including diversities shouldn't mean canceling them, but enhancing their uniqueness and potential. We need to promote the universal right to be different and make it an opportunity for economic as well as social growth”, declared the President of TIM, Salvatore Rossi.

The digital event program will be broadcast in streaming, with the aim of promoting an interdisciplinary debate, open to the public, with representatives of institutions and companies. • November 18 on LGBT+ issues, on the occasion of the 'Transgender Day of Remembrance', which occurs on November 19

• 25 November, coinciding with the 'Day Against Violence against Women';

• on 2 December on disability issues, on the occasion of the 'Day of the rights of persons with disabilities which occurs on 3 December.
