Financial and professional information group Thomson Reuters has created a 64% increase in second quarter net income to $922 million, higher than expected.
In relation to the number of shares and excluding extraordinary items, profit came in at 54 cents, above the 50 cents expected by analysts. Turnover instead fell by 4% to 3,31 billion dollars, due in part to the fall in the euro.
