Unicredit University is born in Turin: the training course for group employees

Unicredit has inaugurated the new one in Turin Unicredit University Italy. The initiative represents a pilot project of the banking institution which will then be extended to all the other countries in which the group is present, allowing employees to continuously develop their professional skills and adapt to a constantly evolving world.

Unicredit University was designed and developed in collaboration with the Luiss Business School and will offer over one hundred different employee learning paths, both for a requalification of skills and for a professional updating of the participants.

In detail, the pilot project is divided into four areas of expertise: People, Business, Risk and Training by role. The lessons will be delivered in person or virtually by experts selected inside and outside the bank, who will take turns in the seven training centers created specifically in each Commercial Region in which the bank operates and in the approximately seventy training points and classrooms distributed throughout the Italian territory.

"Through Unicredit University we continue to invest in our people by further enhancing our educational offer through a personalized approach, aimed at both learning and professional development", said Andrea Orcell, CEO of UniCredit.
