Tfr, only 2 out of 10 employees will want it in their paycheck

Less than 2 out of 10 workers (18%) will have severance pay in their paychecks, compared to 67% who will continue to leave it in the company. This is what emerges from a Confesercenti-Swg survey.

Those between the ages of 35 and 44 (21%) choose to take advantage of the opportunity offered by the Stability Law, followed by the youngest between 18 and 24 (19%). To leave it in the company the workers closest to retirement: those between 55-64 years (72%) and between 45-54 (70%) will not touch it.

Among the workers who intend to apply for severance pay in their paychecks, most are still uncertain about how to use the extra liquidity (44%), while 17% will invest it above all in alternative forms of savings. 16% aim for supplementary pensions and 13% say they will use the sum to settle past payments and debts. The percentage rises to 36% among young people aged between 18 and 24 years. Only 10% will invest the severance pay in purchases. It emerges from a survey by Confesercenti-Swg.

64% of entrepreneurs fear that if all or most of the employees chose to have the severance pay on a monthly basis, the company would have difficulty with available liquidity, compared to 36% who, on the other hand, would have no problems. This is what emerges from a Confesercenti-Swg survey. The obstacles arise from the obstacles that companies encounter in obtaining loans from the bank channel, reported by 66% of entrepreneurs.
