Treasury: Ctz auction, interest rates at historic lows
The Treasury's three-day end-of-month auctions opened with the placement of 2 billion euro of Ctz, with rates at a new historic low of 0,062% – Tomorrow the six-monthly BoT auction, Thursday 5 and 10-year BTPs.
