Tesla relaunches: new increase from 5 billion

Tesla does not stop and indeed raises. Just three months after the last recapitalization, Elon Musk's company has announced a new capital increase of 5 billion dollars. The operation will take place through an "at-the-market" offer, according to what was communicated to the SEC, the US Consob: Tesla is therefore once again asking for a large commitment from its investors, at a crucial moment to finance its growth and its definitive explosion on the market, according to the visionary strategies of the founder Musk. Who, in addition to having recently released an interview in which he said he wanted to sell a large part of his huge fortune (he is the second richest man on the planet, behind only Amazon's Jeff Bezos) to build a city on Mars, has also announced the construction of two new production plants of its futuristic electric car, in Germany and in Texas.

According to the analysis firm Wedbush, the capital increase is "a clear positive signal and will serve to strengthen" the upward race for Tesla's stock, which is already experiencing excellent momentum from a financial point of view, thanks above all to the decision of the S&P Dow Jones Indices to list the automaker's stock on the S&P 500 index in a single pass on Dec. 21. Since the start of the year, Elon Musk's Creature Title Gains 667% and in the last week the increases were confirmed thanks to Goldman Sachs' decision to increase the rating from "neutral" to "buy", with the target price raised from 455 to 780 dollars.
