It was held today Thursday 2 February, in the headquarters of the Turin Industrial Union, the final ceremony of the “Thesis Contest” the prize dedicated to best theses master's degree in the field of industrial property.
The Contest, arrived at tenth edition, is conceived and organized by Cake study, IP and intellectual property consultancy firm e sponsored byTurin Industrial Union.
The winners of the tenth edition
I rewarded of this tenth edition are:
- Dr. Federico Bruno, of the University of Trento, with a thesis entitled: “Compensation for damages from infringement of intellectual property rights and reversion of profits. A comparative analysis"
- Dr. Matthew Mansi, of the University of Pavia, with a thesis entitled: "Artificial intelligence and patent law: the critical issues in the protection of AI systems"
- Dr. Angelo Rainone, of the University of Turin, with a thesis entitled: "The discipline of the blockchain and its practical-application implications: the case of copyright"
