Terrorism, informal anarchist federation: letter of threats to Monti and Equitalia

A letter with explicit threats to Prime Minister Mario Monti and the Equitalia group it arrived in two different copies between yesterday evening and this morning at the editorial offices of the newspapers "Gazzetta del Sud" and "Calabria Ora". The sender is the Informal Anarchist Federation (the same acronym that claimed the attack on the CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare, Roberto Adinolfi), Olga Core.

"We tell Monti that he is one of the 7 left – reads the letter – and that the People have no interest in remaining in Europe, in saving the banks, in settling the accounts of a State that has squandered on its own account. The people have given us a mandate and we will also sacrifice our lives for the just cause".

The text also refers to people who took their own lives for reasons attributable to the economic crisis: "Any other suicide that will take place for these reasons is considered a state homicide punished with the stigma of life up to raising the level as a reminder of life". Then the threats to the collection agency: "Fai Calabria warns that Equitalia Sud will be the object of attention in the person of its president, a boorish businessman and servant of economic power".

The letter goes on to refer also to the Minister of the Interior: "Minister Cancellieri said that if we attack Equitalia it is like attacking the State, therefore, we will also attack the State through Equitalia, until the State changes gears to protect the people, workers and businesses".

Finally, anarchists ask for modify the Durc (the Single Document of Contribution Regularity), "making it become an instrument of compensation between the State and companies, which are seen as bankrupt precisely because this document is no longer regular. The state could also eliminate this document en masse”.
