TerniEnergia rose to 61,89% in Lucos. The company has in fact subscribed and paid the first tranche of 1 million euro of the capital increase approved by Lucos Alternative Energies Spa for a total amount of 2,5 million, with the issue of 348.675 new shares and a nominal value of 1,00 euros each. To complete the transaction, the company used the entire package of treasury shares held in the portfolio and acquired with the buyback. The initiative is part of the new 2011-2013 business plan to accelerate growth in energy efficiency.
TerniEnergia also transferred 281.101 treasury shares to the shareholders, corresponding to a total value of 663.086 euros. Upon signing the deed, the company paid the shareholders a sum of money equal to the difference between the consideration and the valuation of the TerniEnergia shares, corresponding to 1,77 million euros.
