It's online."Nora, return to the future of energy”, the second season of Terna's fiction podcast, the manager of the national electricity transmission network, aimed at Generation Z. The first edition of the audio drama was born in 2022 on the occasion of the launch of the project Tyrrhenian Lab, Terna's high-level training and innovation centre, created in collaboration with the Universities of Cagliari, Salerno and Palermo, the cities where the Tyrrhenian Link cables will land, the submarine power line that will connect Campania, Sicily and Sardinia.
The narrative podcast weaves a noir-style story to the challenges of the energy and digital twin transition, with the aim of bringing young enthusiasts, students and professionals of STEM disciplines closer to the new skills of the energy transition.

Energy, innovation and sustainability are at the heart of seven new episodes which touch on the major themes of the ongoing transformation: from renewable sources to the new frontiers of technological innovation, from e-mobility to energy efficiency, from the rational use of natural resources to environmental awareness, from the gender gap to climate change.

In this new season, Nora, young consultant with an infallible profiler talent that allows her to precisely and predictively track people's profiles, she has changed her life. The protagonist, passionate about innovation and new digital technologies, is in fact starting a start-up dedicated to women who dream of a career in the STEM field. A sudden call, however, leads her to face new challenges, and old problems, in a small provincial town. Following her innate vocation for change and passion for the environment, Nora then returns to being a profiler, helping the community to overcome prejudices and open their eyes to the numerous opportunities offered by the energy transition.
Inclinations close to those of the protagonists of Tyrrhenian Lab, the center of advanced skills training for the future of electric system, built at the landing points of the Tyrrhenian Link cables, the underwater power line it provides 3,7 billion investments for a total of 970 km of connection. With this project, Terna has started an important process of approaching and training a new generation of professionals who, thanks to the manager of the national transmission network, will acquire distinctive, technological and digital skills, necessary to manage the future of the electricity system.

The character of Nora represents this ideal of change, the expression of a new generation committed to facing the challenges of energy and digital transition, and its consequences, including social ones, with new visions and projects for a more sustainable future.
In this new journey to discover the ways of the future of energy, listeners will be guided in the story by an exceptional "off-screen" voice, that of Sofia Viscardi, content creator and icon of Generation Z, also protagonist of the podcast launch campaign on TikTok and Instagram. Furthermore, for the first time, the public will have the opportunity to follow Nora in an animated and interactive version, an absolute novelty on TikTok, the platform most loved by generation Z: on the Terna profile, in fact, users will be able to interact directly with the narrative development of the story and choose how to continue it, to support the protagonist in her choices and help her complete her mission.
