Terna Plus world best practice in project management and implementation

Terna Plus, the group company responsible for the development of international activities, obtained IPMA Delta certification for the "skills acquired and put into practice in the last three years in project management". The company that manages the electricity line communicates this in a note, specifying that Terna Plus "has been recognized as a world leader in the management and organization of infrastructure projects".

Ipma "assessed Terna's processes and skills through a series of qualitative and quantitative parameters applied to the planning, organization and management of projects for the construction of electricity infrastructures", continues the note.

The evaluation envisaged a first phase of self-assessment focused specifically on the individual component of the processes and projects, which was followed by the preparation of interviews and in-depth analyzes on the organization and documentation of the same.

The certification process lasted about 6 months, with a first phase of self-assessment focused on individual skills and on the results of a selected number of projects and programs followed by a second phase with interviews dedicated to the organization's skills in management of projects.
