Terna: Minozzi sells 5,35%, the stock slips to Piazza Affari

Il 5,3584% of Terna's share capital was sold for approximately 361 million euros. The sale was "successfully completed" by Romano Minozzi and the companies Iris Ceramica, Castellarano Fiandre and Finanziaria Ceramica Castellarano.

The operation, "carried out through an accelerated bookbuilding aimed at Italian and foreign institutional investors - the companies communicate - closed at a final price equal to 3,35 € to action". Unicredit acted as sole bookrunner.

The placement, Romano Minozzi told the MF-DoxJones agency, “is aimed at obtaining a premium to be reinvested in my companies. Is critical. Someone seems to have forgotten that I am a ceramic industrialist and my decision to sell was not based on any disagreement with the company's top management. Indeed, Flavio Cattaneo and his men have my highest esteem ”.

At the opening in Piazza Affari, Terna's stock dropped almost three points, behind the Ftse Mib.
