Massimiliano Paolucci is the new director of External Relations and Sustainability of the Terna group. The company that manages the national electricity grid announced it in a note.
Fifty-six years old, professional journalist, Massimiliano Paolucci has held various positions of responsibility within the sector. In fact, he was director of Communications for Telecom Italia, Aiscat and Aeroporti di Roma, director of Media Relations, Opinion Makers and the Academic World of the Pirelli Group, director of External Relations and Institutional Affairs of the Condotte Group and Director of External Relations and Communication of the Acea Group.
Paolucci will report directly to the new CEO, Stefano Donnarumma, who on 18 May took the place of Luigi Ferraris at the helm of Terna after the green light of the shareholders' meeting for the new Board of Directors which will remain in office until 2023.
At Piazza Affari the Terna stock it gains 1,48% to 6,318 euros in a very positive day for the entire price list, with the Ftse Mib marking an increase of 2,49% returning above 19 thousand points.
