Purchase of Terna shares by the CEO and general manager of the company that manages the electricity grid, Luigi Ferraris. Ferraris, CEO of Terna for just under a year (he replaced Matteo Del Fante) and who has just presented the new five-year strategic plan which relies entirely on investments and dividends, has purchased 10 thousand shares at a price of 4,746 euros per share, according to the filing model published by Borsa Italiana.

The operation took place yesterday, Tuesday 3 April. On the same day, Luca Torchia, head of the External Communication and Sustainability department, also purchased 4.850 shares for 4,7333 euros. Today Terna's stock in Piazza Affari closed the session in positive territory, a €4,752 per share.
