Lazard Asset Management has returned above the threshold of 5% in Terna's capital. According to Consob updates on significant shareholdings, the French investment bank now owns 5,122% of the Italian group. The ascent above the relevant threshold is dated 13 December.

Today, in the mid-afternoon, Terna gained around half a percentage point in Piazza Affari, at 4,232 euros per share, in a rather negative session overall for energy companies. In the last month the group led by Matteo Del Fante earned more than 7%, despite the volatility seen in energy-related stocks.
