Terna, Fitch cuts the rating from A+ to A

The decision follows the downgrade on Italy's sovereign debt – Confirmed instead both the long-term rating at “A”, with negative outlook, and the short-term one at “F1”.

Fitch downgraded its senior unsecured debt rating by Triad from "A+" to "A". The company communicates it, explaining that the revision follows the downgrade announced last Friday by Fitch for Italy from “A+” to “A-“, moreover with a negative outlook.

The rating agency confirmed both the long-term rating of "A", with a negative outlook, and the short-term rating of "F1", Terna reports.

In the early afternoon, the share of the company that manages the national electricity grid lost 0,7% in the Stock Exchange.
