Danilo Del Gaizo is the new Terna's Corporate Affairs director. This was announced by the same group that manages the national electricity grid in a note in which it specifies that the appointment was submitted, for information, to the Appointments, Governance and Scenarios Committee and to the Related Parties Committee which expressed positive non-binding opinion.
Terna: who is Danilo Del Gaizo
Born in Naples in 1958, Del Gaizo served in theState Attorney General, "gaining extensive experience in constitutional, European and international, administrative, competition and public procurement law and more recently holding the position of Deputy Attorney General of the State”, explains Terna.
Over the course of his career, Del Gaizo has also held numerous institutional positions, including head of the Legislative Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and of the Minister for Reforms and Innovations in Public Administration, deputy head of Cabinet of the Minister of Economic Development and Head of Cabinet of the President of the Campania Region.
Already winner of the competition universitary researcher and author of scientific publications on procedural, administrative and community law, Del Gaizo has also carried out academic activity at the Federico II University of Naples and Unitelma Sapienza of Rome.
“Based on the information available to the Company, as of today, Del Gaizo does not hold Terna shares SpA”, specifies the company.
