Terna: from Unicredit and Crédit Agricole two 3-year loans for a total of 200 million

Terna signed the opening arrangements on Thursday of two lines of credit (ESG linked Credit Facility Agreement), each of 100 million and lasting three years. The company that manages the Italian electricity grid communicates this in a note, specifying that the interest rate is "also linked to Terna's performance trend in relation to specific environmental, social and governance (ESG) indicators". The two loans were granted by Unicredit and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Milan Branch.

The new credit lines "enable Terna to be able to count on liquidity adequate for its financial solidity - continues the note - and confirm the group's strong commitment to introducing a model aimed at increasingly consolidating sustainability as a strategic lever for the creation of value for all its stakeholders”.
