Terna announced that it has closed the acquisition of the entire share capital of Tamini Trasformatori and all the companies controlled by it. The transaction, finalized through the subsidiary Terna Plus, envisages a consideration of 23,9 million euros, in addition to the values of working capital and the net financial position.
The announcement, which arrived yesterday evening, however, does not seem to have warmed the heart of the market. By mid-morning, in fact, Terna's share moved into slightly positive territory, in the wake of the trend of the Italian stock market in the same minutes.
