Bank of China climbs over 2% of Terna. This was announced by Consob, which received the communication from the Chinese institute on the shareholding in the Italian electricity company, which, as of January 13, amounts to 2,010% of the capital. Bank of China already held an insignificant stake in Terna.
The Chinese institute returned more than 2% also with regard to the capital of another Italian company, namely Saipem. Indeed, after falling slightly below the relevant threshold, the Bank of China has returned above 2% since 9 January.
