Terna's commercial, in agreement with the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, raises citizens' and businesses' awareness of the conscious and virtuous use of energy

Terna: the institutional communication campaign "We are energy" is underway on television channels

Terna, the company that deals with the national electricity grid, launches its institutional communication campaign “We are Energy” on television media. From 29st January the spot will be broadcast on national TV stations and aims to help citizens to identify the behaviors thanks to which it is possible contain consumption and costs.

The launch of the campaign, in agreement with the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, had occurred at December on print, digital and social platforms.

Terna's spot

“We need everyone's energy” is the claim of the campaign which aims to involve and mobilize the public in a direct and empathic way for sensitize citizens and businesses to a conscious use of electricity.

Lo spot, in 30 and 15 second versions, invites you to a choice of virtuous behaviors than with the actions identified and suggested by Terna, allow for opportunities to saving, about a quarter 700 € year.

One was chosen for the realization of the spot cinematic narrative style to involve the viewer in a direct, clear and immediate visual impact way. The continuity of the story, in the succession of scenes of daily life, is emphasized by the director's choice of the sequence shot.

Joseph Stasi e Giancarlo Fontana, directors of Put Grandma in the Freezer, Welcome President and Bad Guy, take care of the directing the spot which is produced by Greenland. There voice narrator belongs to the voice actor Alexander Messina and the music is made ad hoc by Valentina Parisse.

Also expected web launch of the spot in two different 15-second versions.

'We need everyone's energy', title of the commercial, represents in a simple and immediate way Terna's invitation to aconscious action in favor of the environment and the economy of families and businesses” he declared Massimiliano Paolucci, Director of External Relations, Institutional Affairs and Sustainability of Terna.

Ecology: the function that makes you consume less energy

As part of the campaign, Terna updated the app on the available electrical system on all devices with a new feature: it's called Ecology and allows every citizen to easily identify the daily peak time slot in which it is preferable to consume less energy (Monday to Friday) and, therefore, be able to consciously choose to moderate one's needs while reducing costs for the entire electricity system Italian.
