The Management Committee of Assogestioni has presented a list of seven candidates for the appointment of the Telecom Italia board of directors. These are the names: Luigi Zingales, Lucia Calvosa, David Benello, Francesca Cornelli, Giuseppe Donagemma, Maria Elena Cappello and Francesco Serafini. Assogestioni represents the 14 institutional investors, who hold 1,585% of the share capital.
The deadline for the presentation of the lists in view of the Telecom meeting is Monday 25 November. Marco Fossati's Findim (5% stake) announced that he will vote for the Assogestioni list.
