Telecom Italia has extended the terms for the sale of Telecom Argentina to September 25th. This was communicated in a note by the company, specifying that the agreement reached yesterday evening with Fintech maintains the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement signed on November 13 last unchanged.
Thus comes a new postponement after that of August 12, when Telecom Italia and Fintech decided to postpone the finalization of the agreement to September XNUMX, also in that case leaving the contractual conditions unchanged.
