The Board of Directors of Telecom Italia Media, which met today under the chairmanship of Severino Salvemini, having acknowledged the developments of the Persidera enhancement process, launched last year, has decided that the results of the process itself obtained to date are not in line with expectations and therefore the sale of the shareholding held cannot be foreseen at this stage.
Having finalized the incorporation of Rete A, Persidera is successfully concluding the operational integration process which will bring positive effects in terms of efficiency.
