Telecom Italia launches 6-year benchmark bonds

Tim launched a six-year (2025) bond on the market on Tuesday. The bond is of the senior unsecured type and the funding target is at least 500 million euro.

As regards the yield, the first indications are in the 3,375% area.

The expected rating for this bond issue is Ba1 from Moody's, BB+ from S&P's and BB+ from Fitch, all with stable outlook.

Various institutes act as joint bookrunners in the operation: Banca Imi, Bnp Paribas, Bofa Merrill Lynch, Mediobanca and Société Générale.

By mid-morning, Telecom Italia shares were up by 0,4% to 0,5357 euros. In the same minutes, the Ftse Mib gains 0,5%.
