Telecom Italia, tomorrow the CEO Patuano reveals the cards from Letta who will see Alierta on Tuesday

Telefonica, Tim Brasil, Fossati and Black Rock, spin off of the network or not, zeroing or not of the next dividend, capital increase or not and Telecom Italia's new industrial plan: these are all hot topics that will be on the table tomorrow at Palazzo Chigi in the expected meeting between the Prime Minister Enrico Letta and the managing director of Telecom, Marco Patuano.

Within the limits of a situation that is still very fluid and full of twists and turns, Patuano will try to shed light on the prime minister both on the shareholding structure – after Telefonica's advance there was the offensive by Black Rock and Marco Fossati who asked for the cancellation of the board of directors and a new assembly in view of a new majority of the group - both on the next industrial plan which will be examined in the board of directors meeting on 7 November.

On Tuesday the premier will receive the president of Telefonica (the first shareholder of Telco which has 22% of all Telecom), the Spanish Cesar Alierta.

There are many unknowns on the table after the rumors of recent days, denied by the company and relating to the sale of Tim Brasil or, as an alternative to a capital increase or the cancellation of the next dividend, not to mention the possible renunciation of the spin-off of the network .

For his part, Letta should clarify how he intends to exercise the golden share powers on the telephone network and whether or not he intends to accelerate the new rules of the takeover bid, as requested by the Senate.
