The share of Inwit put up for sale by Telecom Italia is worth between 810 and 970 million euros. This is the assessment of the adviser banks of the telephony group, which intends to list 40% of the subsidiary that manages the transmission towers. This was claimed by a source quoted by the Reuters agency, explaining that the valuation is made by applying multiples from 15 to 18 on the 2014 Ebitda, equal to 135 million.

In the announced 4 billion disposal plan, Telecom Italia has a target of around 2 billion for the disposal of the towers in Italy and Brazil, where the sale took place for around one billion euros.
