The board of Telecom Italia, according to Radiocor, has decided to postpone to the board any decision on the activation of the procedures necessary for convening the extraordinary meeting to be held on August XNUMXst of Telecom shareholders, aimed at promoting the social responsibility action against the former CEO and vice chairman Carlo Buora, for the events relating to the Security proceeding and the former CEO Riccardo Ruggiero for the investigations into fake SIM cards.
