Surprisingly, the race for TI Media's television assets is enriched by a new protagonist: according to rumors, in fact, it would an offer from Francesco Di Stefano's Europa 7, which thus competes with Cairo and the Clessidra fund, which is interested not only in La7, but also in the company's infrastructural assets.
Tomorrow the Board of Directors of Telecom will meet, during which the future of the subsidiary will be discussed, even if the final decision, also by virtue of this last-minute offer, could be postponed. The fate of Ti Media for the moment therefore remains in doubt, also because the offers from Cairo and Clessidra are not judged irresistible by the board which, however, seems to have a firm intention to sell.
