"There is a series of decisions that are up to the company", whether or not to spin off the network, whether to make it a corporate entity or not. “We are interested, as I always repeat”. Tempini explained that the process, however, must be started by Telecom. He did not want to provide details on the share in which Cdp is interested and on the extent of the investments; he said that "it's all premature".
