Franco Bernabe, former executive chairman of Telecom Italy, has delegated to Assati, the association of small shareholders, to vote at the December 20 meeting.
A choice which, “combined with the numerous messages of esteem that we continuously receive from company employees and from external shareholders registered with Asati – explain the small shareholders of the TLC group – reinforces the conviction that our association is effectively pursuing its main objective, that is to transform Telecom Italia into a public company”.
Asati further underlines that "the resignation of the former Telecom president on 3 October is substantially attributable to the impossibility with the shareholder Telco of making our company a real public company, always taking decisions potentially in conflict of interest".
