Tile for the general construction contractor. Pietro Salini, the group's managing director, is being investigated by the Milan prosecutor's office for insider trading, as part of the change at the top of Impregilo which last July led Salini himself to hold the position of director.
The investigation stems from a report by the Gavio group to Consob, on an alleged hidden pact between Salini and Amber, whose vote - previously agreed - would have allowed the change of leadership in the group.
In addition to Pietro Salini, Pietro Ferrari, director of general affairs of Salini, Joseph Oughourlian, co-founder of Amber, and Umberto Morosetti, representative in Italy of Amber Capital, are also registered in the register of suspects.
