Tecno launches "Talents" and is looking for young talents at the service of Industry 4.0

Giovanni Lombardi's industrial group launches the two-year project aimed at involving young talents with an entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the digital world within society. There will be 120 positions offered

Tecno, an industrial group that operates in the sector of business services for energy saving and environmental sustainability, has launched the two-year project "Talents". The program will allow 120 young talents to join the group to develop new models of innovative entrepreneurship

The society, entered the Deloitte lounge in December dedicated to some of the best Italian companies of Elite (the international program born in Borsa Italiana in 2012 in collaboration with Confindustria and dedicated to the most ambitious companies, with a solid business model and a clear growth strategy), research young people able to enrich the workforce. These are specialized figures who have the typical skills of Industry 4.0: engineers, professionals in the digital sector, developers, programmers, human resources, experts in international taxation and Country Managers.

Tecno, which has its headquarters in Naples on the Riviera di Chiaia in Palazzo Ischitella, and offices in Milan, Bologna, Treviso, Berlin and Paris, has over 2500 client companies in all industrial sectors, including Cartiere Burgo, Italcementi, Fincantieri , and Pavimental.

In 2005 Tecno was one of the first Italian companies to obtain the qualification of ESCo - Energy Service Company - accredited by the AEEG (Electricity and Gas Authority), to certify energy interventions.
