TIM, with the aim of guaranteeing its customers maximum awareness and transparency on the economic conditions of the services offered and in order to ensure and encourage an open, serene and constructive dialogue with the Communications Authority (AGCOM), has decided to suspend the application of the tariff remodulation of TIM Voce for residential fixed telephony customers which should have taken effect from 1 April.
The company would like to remind you that the new conditions of the TIM Voce offer would have concerned only residential customers with a basic telephone line (which provides for a subscription and consumption-based pricing for calls), and not customers who already use specific offers “flat” (which provide for unlimited voice and data traffic).
With this decision, TIM intends to demonstrate maximum willingness to rapidly arrive at a clarification on the findings of the Authority concerning the basic fixed-line telephone service, in order to be able to create solutions that increasingly respond to customer needs.
