The BoD of Tamburi Investment Partners yesterday approved the Asset Italia project with the adhesion, in addition to the Tip itself, of about 30 family offices, for a total endowment of capital equal to 550 million euro.
The project, which D'Amico Società di Navigazione and the Ferrero group have joined, provides for Asset Italia to act as a holding company for the development of the companies in which it will invest.
In this way, Asset Italia itself will allow shareholders to evaluate individual investment opportunities from time to time and will offer shareholders the possibility of receiving shares correlated to the investment operation chosen each time.
In five years, the integration between Asset Italia and Tip is expected, which will immediately hold 20% of the holding.
