Generali drastically reduces its stake in the capital of Tamburi Investments, which however receives the arrival of a new important shareholder. From the Consob declarations on significant shareholdings, it emerges that the shareholding of the Trieste-based company has decreased from 6,19% to 0,433%.
The transaction dates back to 6 August and since that same date IFM Independent Fund Management Ag, based in Vaduz in Liechtenstein, has held 5,231% of Tamburi, in discretionary asset management on behalf of Albion Strategic Fund.
