From 21 to 27 November 2018, Tamburi Investment Partners bought 83.238 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of 5,3445 euro, for a countervalue of 444.866,65 euro.
As of November 27, therefore, TIP holds 5.469.948 treasury shares equal to 3,326% of the share capital.
The operation had been authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 20 April. The shareholders had given the go-ahead, for a period of 18 months, for the acquisition of treasury shares up to the maximum number permitted by law (a number of shares not exceeding 20% of the share capital, net of treasury shares in portfolio) as well as to sell treasury shares already held or that had been purchased in the future in execution of the resolution.
In Piazza Affari, the Tamburi share dropped by 0,7% to 5,6 euros.
