Tages Capital, one of the leading European companies active in the management of alternative assets with over 2 billion under management, in partnership with Rotella Capital Management, a management company based in Chicago and Bellevue, announces the launch of the Alternative UCITS fund Tages Rotella UCITS Fund, brings to four the number of sub-funds in Tages International Funds SICAV, an umbrella structure based in Luxembourg and compliant with UCITS requirements.

Rotella Capital Management is a company founded in 1995 by Robert Rotella, considered a pioneer in the development of managed futures strategies based on a specialist and systematic approach. The strategy has been managed since 1991 and aims to generate consistent returns
absolutes, minimizing monthly drawdowns and maintaining a low level of volatility. At the launch date, the Tages Rotella UCITS Fund will have assets of 25 million Euros, raised from institutional investors.

Tages Capital's announcement comes the day after the release of the press release in which the group communicated that Tages Helios, the fund specializing in photovoltaic investments in Italy, has closed the full refinancing of the SunReserve portfolio of 9 photovoltaic plants for a total of approximately 101 MWp of installed capacity, acquired on 31 August 2016 from First Reserve Energy Infrastructure. Among the refinanced plants is that of Rovigo, one of the largest in Europe with a power of about 70 MW and an area of ​​over 850 square meters (see the press release here).

The 359,6 million euro loan includes three credit lines, including a term loan and a revolving line to finance the VAT credits of corporate vehicles, and was disbursed by Banca Imi, Banco Bpm, Banco Santander, BnpParibas, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Natixis, Société Générale and UniCredit, with Unicredit also intervening as facility agent and account bank.
