Not just funding. The support of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in support of Italian companies also takes the form of the offer of new platforms to accompany their development. The latest initiative presented by the top management in the presence of the Minister of Economic Development Stefano Patuanelli is that of Business Platform and Digital Xcelerator.
These are new advisory services focused on enhancing the human capital of companies, and will complement the traditional instruments of financing and entry into venture capital. “A comprehensive, broad and articulated offer, capable of fully satisfying the development needs of high-potential companies and startups, in order to support a structured growth path, capable of strengthening their competitiveness and entry in international markets”, explains Cdp in a note.

Business accelerator
THEBusiness accelerator is a platform of professional services for the growth of high-potential companies, which aims to provide companies with support in terms of adoption of a managerial culture aligned with the best practices of the market and of better use of resources to face with greater solidity and flexibility the unpredictable challenges that the economic and social context reserves.
CDP will provide companies wishing to join the program with its own team of professionals capable of providing a personalized consultancy service aimed at identifying the priority directions upon which to build company development path. The latter will therefore have the opportunity to access the professional services offered by international consultancy firms, leading Italian universities and a network of excellent companies and other stakeholders with whom to share experiences and opportunities.
There are four directions:

Digital Xcelerator
Digital Xcelerator is the first free e-learning platform for existing Italian start-ups and for those who want to start their own start-up. The platform was created with the aim of providing free training courses, aimed at providing adequate tools and techniques to successfully face the challenges currently underway, acquiring entrepreneurial skills.
The platform in question is an online e-learning space designed to stimulate the growth of the entire ecosystem, providing ad hoc courses, tools and contents for all phases of the development of an innovative company.
