Sweden, forecasts for GDP growth in 2013 demolished: from 2,7 to 1,1%. Bad also GB and Holland

The Scandinavian country's government announced today a cut in GDP growth forecasts for 2013 from 2,7% calculated in September to 1,1% – The performance of the economies of Great Britain and the Netherlands is also worsening.

UK GDP growth has been revised down to 0,9% for the third quarter of 2012, up from 1% previously estimated by the National Statistics Office (Ons). The same fate, indeed much more drastic and projected towards the new year, befell Sweden: the government of Scandinavian country announced today a cut in GDP growth forecasts for 2013 from 2,7% calculated in September to 1,1%. Finance Minister Anders Borg explained this debacle with the uncertain situation in the eurozone and the United States.

The performance of the Dutch economy is also worsening, which in the third quarter of 2012 recorded a -0,9% compared to the previous quarter, according to the official data published today by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). However, the decline is more contained than the initial forecasts which calculated a possible -1,1%.
