Superbonus, Poste Italiane reopens to the transfer of credits but with certain limits: here are the details

Poste Italiane reopens at credit transfer for the Super bonus 110% and other benefits. After the announcement of August, the confirmation arrives. This is, explains CEO Matteo Del Fante in a note, "an initiative in line with the Government's indications which confirms Poste Italiane's constant support for families and the country system". Thus ends the stop that began at the end of last year, but with precise stakes: only for natural persons (businesses are excluded) and with the roof fixed to a maximum of 50 thousand euros.

Poste Italiane, assignment of credits: the rules

The new purchase package will only affect first credit assignments and not the following ones. As stated in the note, the company "currently does not purchase any tax credits that have been the subject of a previous transfer, including tax credits accrued following an invoice discount". In short, the credits can only be transferred by the original holders of the deductions and who have directly supported the related costs (the so-called first transfers). The service will be activated "in relation to the annual quotas usable starting from 2024 in relation to credits accrued against expenses incurred in 2023 or residual installments of expenses incurred in previous years".

The ceiling of 150 thousand euros

As mentioned, the new purchase package includes a ceiling of 50 thousand euros, which however can be added to sales made previously for a maximum of 100 thousand euros. Therefore, the overall limit rises to 150 thousand euros. Customers who have already reached this figure are therefore excluded from reopening the transfer of credits through the Post Office. The transferable credits include the Superbonus and a series of other benefits present in the relaunch decree, such as the 50% Renovation Bonus,Ecobonus, Sissabonus and Bonus for removing architectural barriers.

The purchase prices of tax credits

THEpurchase of credits by Poste Italiane is 94 euros for every 110 euros of tax credit for interventions relating to the 110% Superbonus with Irpef recovery in 4 years (equal to 85,5% of the nominal value of the accrued tax credit). For interventions other than the Superbonus and with recovery in 5 years it is 84,5 euros for every 100 euros of tax credit (equal to 84,5% of the nominal value of the accrued tax credit), which drops to 70 euro for every 100 euro of tax credit for interventions other than those qualifying for the 110% Superbonus with recovery in 10 years (70% of the nominal value of the accrued tax credit).

Timing

Sul place At Poste Italiane there is all the information and useful details on the subject. But what are the time for Poste's acceptance of the tax credit transfer proposal? You can get to three: months, except in cases where longer periods are required for reasons not attributable to the company such as, for example, cases in which the transferred credits are subjected to preventive checks by the Tax Authority before being made available on its transfer platform for the subsequent acceptance by Poste.

These timings may be subject to change based on the volume of requests and any changes in the process and applicable legislation.
