Superbonus, Intesa Sanpaolo supports the Eva Group with 34 million

The agreement will allow the Eva Energie Valsabbia Group - active in the production and supply of renewable energy - to improve energy efficiency thanks to Superbonus and Ecobonus, optimizing financial resources

Superbonus, Intesa Sanpaolo supports the Eva Group with 34 million

 Intesa Sanpaolo and the Eva Energie Valsabbia group has agreed with Intesa Sanpaolo the opening of a ceiling of 30 million euros for the transfer "without recourse" by the company of the Superbonus and Ecobonus tax credits . The two tools, as we know, were introduced by the Relaunch Decree with the aim of promoting structural strengthening and improving the energy efficiency of buildings.

The agreement between the Eva Energie Valsabbia group and Intesa also provides for a further credit line of 4 million euros to support the company's liquidity needs. The agreement as a whole – underlines the joint press release – “allows to optimize financial resources, improve cash flow and make the most of the opportunities offered by tax incentives such as the Superbonus 110%”.

EVA Energie Valsabbia it builds hydroelectric and photovoltaic plants and sells its clean energy to families, businesses and municipalities, helping to reduce the environmental impact. It is also active in the upgrading of public lighting in Municipalities and in the energy efficiency of its customers. The group, founded by the CEO Pietro Bonomini and chaired by Chicco Testa can count on an installed capacity of 43 MWp through  7 hydroelectric power plants 30 photovoltaic systems. Last year it acquired control of Agilex srl and Primaton SpA, companies active in the information technology and fintech sector. The total workforce counts over 200 engineers active between Italy and California.

 Intesa Sanpaolo has activated, since August 2020, solutions for thepurchase of tax credits linked to the Superbonus complete assistance in all phases of the process relating to the transfer of the tax credit in addition to any functional bridging loan for the start of the works. In just a few months, the Group has collected requests and insurance claims from businesses for over 13.000 redevelopment projects for a value of 1,8 billion euro, which rises to 35.000 including direct requests from private individuals and condominiums. In Lombardy there are about 400 redevelopment projects collected by companies for a value of over 490 million euros, which rises to about 560 million with requests from private individuals and condominiums.
