Superbonus: record deal between Intesa and Ludoil. The bank sells 1,3 billion loans

Record-breaking agreement between Intesa and Ludoil Energy for the assignment of credits related to the superbonus and building bonuses. The bank led by Carlo Messina has in fact signed a contract for the transfer of 1,3 billion credits to Ludoil Energy.

The details of the agreement between Intesa and Ludoil

The agreement between Intesa and Ludoil Energy, an energy company active in infrastructural logistics and renewables, provides for the receipt of tax credits linked to building bonuses and the Superbonus for a tax value of 1,3 billion euro. In particular, the new assignment will concern credits purchased from 1 May 2022, identified by the unique code introduced by the Revenue Agency.

“The Group led by Carlo Messina was the first Italian bank to fully implement the Aid Decree, which envisaged the transfer to the business world", underlines the bank in a note, explaining that "the contract signed with Ludoil Energy responds to the logic of progressively restarting the credit transfer market: the bank's objective is to continue to involve a large number of companies to expand their fiscal capacity, which is currently saturated. In fact, they are the essential and decisive counterpart for boosting the transfer market with a view to relaunching and expanding the business”.

The blocking of transfers

The agreement between Ludoil and Intesa comes at a time when the system is in severe difficulty due to the blocking of transfers. The institute led by Carlo Messina, on his part acquired 12 billion in tax credits against applications received for over 30 billion, but the fiscal capacity of all the banks, including Intesa, has now reached the maximum limit. This is why the recession represents an important novelty.

“Thanks to the agreement with Ludoil Energy, Intesa Sanpaolo will continue to give feedback to its customers who are waiting to be able to assign their receivables, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining rigorous attention in the documentary verification carried out so far. This has allowed the bank to build a portfolio of quality credits which today facilitates their receipt without risk for customers and with a distinctive offer model on the market".
