Sul Super bonus 110% the majority is working to put pen to paper the agreement in principle reached over the weekend with the government. Laura Castelli, deputy minister for the economy, pushes in the direction desired by the 5 Star Movement which aims to eliminate the Isee ceiling of 25 thousand euros on single-family houses and villas.
Furthermore, throughout 2022 the Superbonus 110% could be activated not only on the main house e without any time constraints linked to Cila (the Sworn Commencement Notice). The important thing will be to have completed 30% of the works by 30 June 2022.
As for the Superbonus 110% "strengthened", is expected to remain in effect until 2025 in earthquake-affected areas.
Another novelty concerns the deadline of the Superbonus on towed jobs and that of driving jobs, which should be aligned.
In the concessions they should then also be included the costs of compliance, i.e. the expenses incurred for sworn certification, compliance visas and various forms of validation.
Finally, in terms of controls, the anti-fraud rules they should not be triggered for low-value interventions, even if the threshold for exemption has not yet been established.
