Superbonus 110%: here is the simplified model for Cila

Super bonus 110%: there is news. From today, Thursday 8 August, the single model is operational to start work related to the maxi-facility, which includes Ecobonus 110% and Sismabonus. To be precise, the new form - approved by the Unified Conference - is used to the Cila, the "certified communication of start of activity", with which the necessary fulfilments to access the 110% superbonus are drastically reduced. The announcement comes from an article published on the website of the Ministry of Public Administration.

"A single and standard form to present the Cila, the sworn communication of the start of activity which, thanks to the Simplification decree definitively approved by Parliament on 28 July, drastically reduces the fulfilments to access the Superbonus 110% - he explains Renato Brunetta, Minister of Public Administration – An extraordinary revolution that immediately brings simplification to the homes of citizens, businesses and all the professionals involved, from engineers to surveyors”.

The single document approved by the Joint Conference has already been published on the Civil Service website.

The form for the Cila-Superbonus contains "only the essential information – reads the note from the ministry – the details of the building permit or of the provision that legitimized the property (such as the date of release) must be indicated, but for buildings whose construction was completed before 1967 September XNUMX it is one statement is enough. The certificate of legitimate status, which is particularly complex and onerous, is no longer necessary, but the declaration by the designer of the conformity of the intervention to be carried out is sufficient”.

Simplified too the project documentation to be attached, given that “the sworn statements by the technician have already been sent to Enea – continues the note – The design document to be presented consists of a description, in summary form, of the intervention to be carried out. Any graphic works will be presented only if indispensable for a clearer and more complete description. For interventions in free building, a very simple description of the intervention in the form will suffice”.

Among the pluses is the elimination of waiting to access the documentation of the building archives of the Municipalities (three months on average for each property subject to verification). The Department of Public Administration "has also estimated that only the elimination of the certificate of legitimate status leads to cost savings of at least 110 million euros which can be reinvested in productive spending, i.e. in the planning and implementation of interventions" concludes the note .
