Surrender the tax credit provided for by the superbonus of 110% to Generali Italy. As required by the Relaunch Decree, the process will be started from 21 September which will allow citizens and businesses to transfer the tax credit relating to the expenses incurred for energy efficiency and anti-seismic interventions to the insurance company led by Marco Sesana.

The offer studied by Generali Italia envisages immediate disbursement, against the transfer of the customer tax credit, permitted by the decree as a possible alternative to the deduction available in 5-year installments, 102% liquidity to individuals (homeowners and tenants) and condominiums with offers until December 31, 2020, and the 100% to contractors of the jobs that have access to Superbonus 110%. In addition, the company will provide applicants with a digital platform and a dedicated helpdesk to provide information on the process and the necessary documentation, as well as a subsidized insurance offer for families, professionals and construction companies.
On the insurance front, customers will be able to subscribe, together with the assignment of credit, risk coverage policies of catastrophic events for the properties involved in the works, which, according to the Relaunch Decree, in this case enjoy a deduction of 90% of the premium paid; specific concessions are also dedicated to the civil liability of construction companies and to the professional civil liability of engineers, architects, surveyors and technicians for certification activities.
From 21 September, customers will be able to contact the Generali Italia Agents present throughout the national territory to start the access process to the Superbonus which will be operational from 15 October 2020.
