Superbonus 110%, Draghi rejects it: "He canceled the negotiations by tripling the prices". M5S rises up

Mario Draghi rejects the Super bonus 110%. Speaking at a plenary meeting of the European Parliament in Strasbourg on Tuesday, the Prime Minister was clear: "Our government was born as an ecological government, it makes the climate and the digital transition its most important pillars - he said - But we are not we agree on everything: we are not on the 110% Superbonus, because the cost of efficiency has more than tripled and the price of investments to implement the renovations have tripled, because 110% by itself removes the incentive to negotiate the price".

And again: “The minister of the environment was extraordinary, he took extraordinary measures – continued the Premier – But we can not agree on the 110% superbonus and we do not agree on the validity of this provision. Then, things go ahead in Parliament, the government has done what it could and our minister is very good”.

The reaction of the 5 Star Movement

The 5 Star Movement now fears that Draghi's words announce new restrictions, even if Palazzo Chigi denies it. Grillino deputy Riccardo Fraccaro asks not to boycott the Superbonus 110%, while a group of five-star senators accuse Draghi of "attacking the bonus to target the M5S".

The tug of war on the fourth assignment of credit

On Monday, under pressure from the majority, the Council of Ministers passed a three-month extension for the Superbonus 110% on villas. But now a tug of war is underway on the transfer of credit: the Treasury is evaluating a provision in the Aid decree to make it easier fourth assignment, with joint and several liability between the institutes involved. A measure that, however, the M5S considers insufficient: "If the government does not act, we will amend in Parliament", says Senator Emanuele Fenu.
