Banco Bpm launches the services relating to the Superbonus 110%. The bank led by Giuseppe Castagna will accept requests for the transfer of tax credits that will come from families, businesses and third sector entities, allowing them to take advantage of the new tax breaks on the redevelopment of residential buildings provided for by the Relaunch decree.
“Banco Bpm's offer currently stands out on the market as the only one that will be almost entirely digitised, thanks to the online platform available for both businesses and private individuals and condominiums, which will soon be online and progressively active in all its functions”, communicates the bank in a note.
When fully operational, the platform, created by white-e srl, a subsidiary of the TeamSystem Group, will allow users to manage digitally all services connected to the superbonus and other tax bonuses provided for by law. There will be the possibility to insert the documents, start the practices and complete them.
As for the services offered by the institute, in addition to the Superbonus, users will be able to take advantage of other discounts already active such as those relating to the Ecobonus and the Sismabonus and the various credit lines aimed at making advances in favor of construction and plant supply companies that apply discounts on invoices, to private individuals and condominiums of the liquidity necessary for the start-up and implementation of building works envisaged by the regulatory framework which defines the tax benefits.
In addition to the collaboration with the TeamSystem group that created the platform, there is also the one with Cherry 106, an operator active in the credit transfer market under the guidance of Giovanni Bossi, who will have the task of preparing the tax credit purchase products in four different types. “The agreements with Kpmg and Protos, leaders in the tax and technical-planning fields, complete the picture of the partnerships”, explains Banco Bpm.
